Ingredients

  • 1.5kg of Rattes Potatoes (small elongated potatoes with a chestnut taste)
  • 2 Branches of Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 Tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Description

  1. Cook the Rattes potatoes with their skin (about 15 mn in boiling water)
  2. Mix potatoes, oil and vinegar
  3. Break out the rosemary into the mixture
  4. Place in the fridge and serve very cold
