Method
- Place the sugar and water in a pan, bring to a boil
- Open the apricots, half them and remove the pt
- Place the apricots halfs in a bag, had the sirup, seal
- Cook sous-vide at 70°C for 15-20 mn depending on how ripe the fruits are
