Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ‘Fromage blanc’ (You can substitute Greek style plain yogurt)
  • 1 pack of Bastogne (Cinnamon Sugar Spice cookies or Speculook (http://goo.gl/TLGhuu))
  • 200 g of Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 Lemon

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven at 350 F (180 C)
  2. Melt the butter (microwave 50% for 30 seconds)
  3. Crush the cookies, add the butter
  4. Place the crushed in the bottom of Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Springform Pan, then press down to make a crust
  5. Place the cookie pan into the freezer
  6. Let the ‘Fromage blanc’ drip to remove the excess water
  7. Whiten (Mix) the eggs with the sugar and the lemon zest
  8. Mix in with the ‘Fromage blanc’
  9. Take the cookie pan our of the freezer
  10. Pour into the pan the dough
  11. Place into the oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes
