Ingredients
- 1 kg of ‘Fromage blanc’ (You can substitute Greek style plain yogurt)
- 1 pack of Bastogne (Cinnamon Sugar Spice cookies or Speculook (http://goo.gl/TLGhuu))
- 200 g of Sugar
- 4 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 1 Lemon
Method
- Pre-heat your oven at 350 F (180 C)
- Melt the butter (microwave 50% for 30 seconds)
- Crush the cookies, add the butter
- Place the crushed in the bottom of Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Springform Pan, then press down to make a crust
- Place the cookie pan into the freezer
- Let the ‘Fromage blanc’ drip to remove the excess water
- Whiten (Mix) the eggs with the sugar and the lemon zest
- Mix in with the ‘Fromage blanc’
- Take the cookie pan our of the freezer
- Pour into the pan the dough
- Place into the oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes
