Ingredients
- 8 Endives
- 1 Tsp of sugar
- 1 Lemon juice
- [Clarified Butter](Clarified Butter.md)
Method
- Clean up the endives
- Boil water in a large pan
- When the water is boiling add the sugar and the lemon juice, then add the endives and cook for 30 minutes
- Drain, squeeze the endive a bit to get some of the water out
- Heat some [Clarified Butter](Clarified Butter.md) in a frying pan
- Add the endives in the pan and braise for about 3 minutes
