Nice and simple dessert recipe.

Ingredients
- 75 cl of Milk
- 200 gr of Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- 6 Eggs
- 8 little Pyrex glass
Method
- Preheat the oven to 250F
- Bring the milk to a boil
- Split the vanilla bean and scrap the inside, then add it all to the milk and let infuse a few minutes
- Mix the eggs and 100 gr of sugar
- Bring some water to a boil
- On medium heat, place the rest of the sugar into a casserole, add 1 or 2 teaspoon of water and let caramelize (nice amber color)
- Pour the caramel into the cups
- Mix the milk into the egg/sugar mixture (remove the vanilla bean)
- Pour the mixture into the cups
- Place the cups into a plate then add the boiling water up to half-height of the cups
- Place into the warm oven for about 1 hour
- After an hour the cream should be solid but wiggly
- Take out the cup, let cool a few minutes and place into the refrigerator for about 2 hours
Turn out the cream into small plates and serve.
