Ingredients

  • 0.5 Lb of Chicken Liver
  • 2 Tsp of butter
  • Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper

Method

  1. Place the liver in a bowl
  2. Add Salt & Pepper
  3. Sprinkle 1 Tsp of butter over the liver
  4. Mix ingredients
  5. Place in bag and vacuum seal
  6. Place bag in pre-heated water bath
  7. When cooked, heat a tiny bit of butter - or olive oil - in a pan on medium low heat
  8. Saute 1 mn on each side
