Got a need for chocolate cream, so found a base recipe that I tweak a bit
Details
Ingredients
- 30 g of Maizena (Corn Starch)
- 0.5l of Milk (2 cups)
- 150 g of Dark Chocolate (70% lindt)
- 30 g of granulated sugar
Method
- Pour the milk in a pan
- Add the Maizena
- Mix welll
- On medium-low heat, add the chocolate then sugar mixing slowly
- Keep mixing until is thicken to the proper consistency
- Pour in cups or glasses, let it cool, refrigerate nefore serving
