Got a need for chocolate cream, so found a base recipe that I tweak a bit

Details

Ingredients

  • 30 g of Maizena (Corn Starch)
  • 0.5l of Milk (2 cups)
  • 150 g of Dark Chocolate (70% lindt)
  • 30 g of granulated sugar

Method

  1. Pour the milk in a pan
  2. Add the Maizena
  3. Mix welll
  4. On medium-low heat, add the chocolate then sugar mixing slowly
  5. Keep mixing until is thicken to the proper consistency
  6. Pour in cups or glasses, let it cool, refrigerate nefore serving
