Ingredients
- 200 gr of Dark Chololate
- 2 Tablespoon of milk
- 100 gr of unsalted butter
- 2 Egg yolk
- Cocoa powder
Method
- Place the butter at room temperature to soften
- In a bain-marie (double-boiler) melt the chocolate
- Still on the bain-marie, add the milk
- Add the butter and mix well to get an homogenous mixture
- Take the mixture out of the heat
- Add the 2 eggs, mix well into the mixture until everything is smooth
- Place into the fridge for a few hours
- Shape the truffle then roll into the cocoa powder
Note: I like to use Lindt 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate.
