Ingredients

  • 200 gr of Dark Chololate 
  • 2 Tablespoon of milk
  • 100 gr of unsalted butter
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Place the butter at room temperature to soften
  2. In a bain-marie (double-boiler) melt the chocolate
  3. Still on the bain-marie, add the milk
  4. Add the butter and mix well to get an homogenous mixture
  5. Take the mixture out of the heat
  6. Add the 2 eggs, mix well into the mixture until everything is smooth
  7. Place into the fridge for a few hours
  8. Shape the truffle then roll into the cocoa powder

Note: I like to use Lindt 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate.
