Ingredients
- 1 stick (1 cup, 113 gr) of butter (salted or unsalted)
Method
- Melt the butter in saucepan over low heat, do not stir
- Wait until the butter is completly melted
- Remove from the heat
- Skim off the foam
- Slowly pour off the clear yellow liquid, leaving behind the white mild residue (solid bits)
- Cover and store in the fridge
Note: 1 stick will make about 3/4 of a stick. You can keep it a few weeks or froze it.
