Ingredients

Ingredients Mushrooms Salad

  • 800 gr of Mushrooms (Paris, Chanterelles, your favorites, etc…)
  • 40 gr of butter
  • 2 Tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 2 minced Shallots

Ingredients Vinaigrette

  • 2 Tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Walnut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Method

Method Vinaigrette

  1. Mix the red wine vinegar with the Walnut and Olive oil
  2. Add Salt and pepper

Method Mushrooms Salad

  1. Clean the mushrooms
  2. Keep the mushroom whole, unless they are big
  3. In a frying pan, heat some butter
  4. Saute the mushrooms for about 10 minutes
  5. Add the chopped parsley
  6. Add the shallots
  7. Let it cool off
  8. Pour the vinaigrette on top of the mushrooms, mix gently
  9. Place in fridge and serve very cold
