Ingredients
- 1.5kg of Rattes Potatoes (small elongated potatoes with a chestnut taste)
- 2 Branches of Fresh Rosemary
- 3 Tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Method
- Cook the Rattes potatoes with their skin (about 15 mn in boiling water)
- Mix potatoes, oil and vinegar
- Break out the rosemary into the mixture
- Place in the fridge and serve very cold
