Ingredients
- 450 g of chicken breast or chicken tender
- 60 g of flour
- 50 g of corn starch
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 0.5 tsp of hot chili pepper
- 1 Thai chili
- 1 dl or so Sparkling water
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 1 Tbsp of soja sauce
- Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp of Butter or Olive oil
- 1 or 2 branch of scallion
Method

Slice very finely the Thai Chili pepper, set aside

Slice finely the scallion

Cut your chicken is 2-3 cm pieces (1 in)

Place the chick in a bowl

Mix in the flour, cornstarch, salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili pepper

Mix

Add the sparkling water

Mix again

In a pan, heat some oil, on medium high

Place the chicken to fry for about 5 mn
-
Take the chicken out, set aside

In a pan, heat the butter on medium
-
When the butter foams, add the soja sauce
-
Add the honey
-
Mix well
-
Add back the chicken
-
Coat the meat until the pan starts to dry out

Plate, add the scallion on top and serve
