Ingredients
- 1 Dorade (Whole Bream with head & tail) per person
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 Large Onion
- 1-2 Tbsp of curry paste (red & green)
- 2 Tsp of curry powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven at 400°F
- Break out the cauliflower, then steam for about 20 mn
- Clean the fish
- Slice the onion
- Place the curry (powder & paste) into a bowl, now pour a little bit of the coconut milk to create a paste, then continue to add the coco milk until well mixed
- Salt and pepper on the fish
- Layout the fish into a baking plate
- Add the sliced onion into the plate and over the fish
- Pour the coconut curry sauce over the fish
- Every five minutes make sure to spoon the sauce over the fish
- Place into the oven for about 10-15 mn
- After 15 mn, add the cauliflower, pour some sauce over it fish and veggie
- Every five minutes make sure to spoon the sauce over the fish and cauliflower
- Take out and serve
