Ingredients

  • 1 Dorade (Whole Bream with head & tail) per person
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1-2 Tbsp of curry paste (red & green)
  • 2 Tsp of curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 400°F
  2. Break out the cauliflower, then steam for about 20 mn
  3. Clean the fish
  4. Slice the onion
  5. Place the curry (powder & paste) into a bowl, now pour a little bit of the coconut milk to create a paste, then continue to add the coco milk until well mixed
  6. Salt and pepper on the fish
  7. Layout the fish into a baking plate
  8. Add the sliced onion into the plate and over the fish
  9. Pour the coconut curry sauce over the fish
  10. Every five minutes make sure to spoon the sauce over the fish
  11. Place into the oven for about 10-15 mn
  12. After 15 mn, add the cauliflower, pour some sauce over it fish and veggie
  13. Every five minutes make sure to spoon the sauce over the fish and cauliflower
  14. Take out and serve
