Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Mango
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Japaneno
- 250 g of salmon
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Freeze the salmon for 2 days, then thaw for a good day.
- Peel and brunoise (cut in small bits) the mango (I did the mango too big on the first try) and the avocado.
- Brunoise the jalapeno
- Slice the salmon in small cubes
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl
- Add the juice of a lemon
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Mix well
- Reserve in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
- Take the tartare out, use some form to present it nicely and serve
