Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Japaneno
  • 250 g of salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Freeze the salmon for 2 days, then thaw for a good day.
  2. Peel and brunoise (cut in small bits) the mango (I did the mango too big on the first try) and the avocado.
  3. Brunoise the jalapeno
  4. Slice the salmon in small cubes 
  5. Add all the ingredients to a bowl
  6. Add the juice of a lemon
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste
  8. Mix well
  9. Reserve in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
  10. Take the tartare out, use some form to present it nicely and serve
