Interesting twist on the chocolate cake. Best serve cold according to Margo and Nan, so do it the day before.

Ingredients
- 150 g of Lindt 70% (dark chocolate)
- 113 g (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter
- 150 (5/8 cup) of granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Line with parchment paper a 20 cm (8 in) round baking pan, then butter paper and sides
- In a double boiler, melt the chopped chocolate and butter
- Remove from heat, add sugar and mix well
- Add whole eggs, again mixing well
- Sift in the cocoa powder, again whisk until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 mn (30 on mine but tends to be low)
Keeps well after cooling completely, Keep in an air tight container.
