Ingredients

  • 12 Shrimps
  • 1 Tsp of Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tsp of Paprika
  • 5 or 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp of dry white wine
  • 0.5 of a lemon juiced
  • 0.5 cup of parsley
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Peel the shrimp (deveined if you prefer)

  2. Pat he shrimp dry, season with salt and set aside

  3. Finely cut the garlic

  4. Finely cut the parsley

  5. Heat a pan on medium heat

  6. Add the oil, wait for it to shimmer

  7. Add the garlic and chili flake to the pan,  and cook until the garlic take some color (do not burn the garlic)

  8. Add the shrimp and the paprika

  9. Toss the shrimp from time to time until cooked, the process should take about 3 minutes

  10. Stir in the wine and lemon juice

Serve with a slice of bread and some asparagus.
