Ingredients

  • 2 Peaches
  • 4-5 Figs
  • 1 Large Black Plum
  • 2 Apricots
  • 1 pack of Blackberries
  • 1 lime
  • 4 Tbl of light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbl of granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbl of unsalted butter

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven at 450F
  2. Peel the peaches and slice
  3. Slice the figs, plum, and apricots
  4. Place the fruits - figs, peaches, plum, apricots, and blackberries - in 4 ramekins (small oven proof pie-like plate)
  5. Sprinkle the sugar (light brown and white granulated) on top of the fruits
  6. Cut the lime in half and sprinkle the lime juice on top of the fruits
  7. Slice the butter and place on the fruit
  8. Place into the oven for about 15-20 minutes
  9. Check the fruits, when they should be cooked and the juice should look ‘sirupy’

Note: Make sure to use ripe fruits. You can either serve as-is out of the oven (place in a small dessert plates) or on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
