Ingredients
- 2 Peaches
- 4-5 Figs
- 1 Large Black Plum
- 2 Apricots
- 1 pack of Blackberries
- 1 lime
- 4 Tbl of light brown sugar
- 1 Tbl of granulated sugar
- 2 Tbl of unsalted butter
Method
- Pre-heat oven at 450F
- Peel the peaches and slice
- Slice the figs, plum, and apricots
- Place the fruits - figs, peaches, plum, apricots, and blackberries - in 4 ramekins (small oven proof pie-like plate)
- Sprinkle the sugar (light brown and white granulated) on top of the fruits
- Cut the lime in half and sprinkle the lime juice on top of the fruits
- Slice the butter and place on the fruit
- Place into the oven for about 15-20 minutes
- Check the fruits, when they should be cooked and the juice should look ‘sirupy’
Note: Make sure to use ripe fruits. You can either serve as-is out of the oven (place in a small dessert plates) or on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
