Tasty lamb skewers.
Details
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground lamb (or beef)
- 1 medium onion cut finely
- 1/4 cup of bread crumps (or white flour)
- 1 Egg slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp of Tumeric
- 1 Tbsp of Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp of salf
- 1 Tsp of ground pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Mix well all the ingredient
- Cover and leave overnight (couple of hours will do)
- Divide the meat in 6-7 portions
- Press the meat on metal skewers
- Bbq the meat, turn it every couple of minutes for about 10-15 minutes
