Ingredients

  • 3 Leeks
  • 4 Slices of Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • Butter
  • 250 gr. of Fresh Pasta

Method

  1. Mince the leeks, try to make small round slices
  2. On medium-low heat, heat a pan
  3. Add some butter
  4. Cook the leeks slowly, do not let them brown.
  5. After 5 minutes, cover the leeks and cook for another 15 minutes
  6. Boil some water for the pasta
  7. Slice the slamon
  8. Add the heavy cream
  9. Season to taste
  10. Add the cream
  11. Throw the pasta into the boiling water
  12. Add the salmon to the leeks and cream
  13. As soon as the pasta is ready, serve everything
  14. Serve and add a splash of lemon
