Ingredients
- 3 Leeks
- 4 Slices of Smoked Salmon
- 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 Lemon
- Butter
- 250 gr. of Fresh Pasta
Method
- Mince the leeks, try to make small round slices
- On medium-low heat, heat a pan
- Add some butter
- Cook the leeks slowly, do not let them brown.
- After 5 minutes, cover the leeks and cook for another 15 minutes
- Boil some water for the pasta
- Slice the slamon
- Add the heavy cream
- Season to taste
- Add the cream
- Throw the pasta into the boiling water
- Add the salmon to the leeks and cream
- As soon as the pasta is ready, serve everything
- Serve and add a splash of lemon
