Ingredients

  • 600 g. of Salmon filet (no skin)
  • 1 small Red Pepper
  • 1 small Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Hot Pepper
  • 2 Shallots
  • 5 Table spoon of Olive Oil
  • 3 Lime
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Place the fish in the freezer for about 20 minutes, it will allow you to slice it with more ease.
  2. Peel the red and yellow bell pepper, split in half, remove seed and white stuff. Then slice is small cubes (3x3mm).
  3. Mince the hot pepper
  4. Slice the fish is small band (like 3mmx20mm or like).
  5. Mince the Shallots and the parsley.
  6. Juice the limes.
  7. In a jar, mix it all (fish, red +yellow pepper, hot pepper, shallots) with the lime juice, the olive il, salt and pepper.
  8. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  9. At time of serving, pour into glasses or coupes. Excellent with some slice of toasted bread.

Note: You can use the same recipe for Salmon or other type of fish.
