Ingredients
- 600 g. of Salmon filet (no skin)
- 1 small Red Pepper
- 1 small Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Hot Pepper
- 2 Shallots
- 5 Table spoon of Olive Oil
- 3 Lime
- Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Place the fish in the freezer for about 20 minutes, it will allow you to slice it with more ease.
- Peel the red and yellow bell pepper, split in half, remove seed and white stuff. Then slice is small cubes (3x3mm).
- Mince the hot pepper
- Slice the fish is small band (like 3mmx20mm or like).
- Mince the Shallots and the parsley.
- Juice the limes.
- In a jar, mix it all (fish, red +yellow pepper, hot pepper, shallots) with the lime juice, the olive il, salt and pepper.
- Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- At time of serving, pour into glasses or coupes. Excellent with some slice of toasted bread.
Note: You can use the same recipe for Salmon or other type of fish.
