Ingredients

  • 800 g un-cooked Shrimp
  • 400 g of Crab Meat
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Half of lemon
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 fresh parsley
  • 2 Tsp of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

NOTE

  1. Clean and rinse the orange. Using a knife peel a 8 cm long (2-3 cm wide) piece of the skin; remove the white skin in the back (bitter) then finely cut (emince)
  1. In a large pan, eat some olive oil, then roast the shimps with salt and pepper. Add the 1/2 of the garlic as well finely cut (hache menu).
  2. Take the shrimp out, remove the skin.
  3. Add the crab meat,
  4. Add the lemon juice
  5. Add the juice of 1/2 orange
  6. Crush one of the remaining garlic clove, slice the rest of the garlic (finely cut), add all to the mix
  7. Slice the parsley when the shrimp are at room temperature
  8. Add Salt, Pepper & Oil
  9. Keep the preparation in the fridge for at least 45 minutes, serve cold, pour some juice on the place and the orange zest. on top
