  • A few morels, dry-out is fine
  • 1 Cup of heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 1-2 Shallots
  • A tiny tad of corn starch
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Mince the shallot

  2. Heat up the butter on medium-low heat

  3. Add the shallots, cooked them until tender and transparent

  4. Add the morels

  5. Add Salt & Pepper

  6. Throw in the cornstarch and mix well

  7. Add the cream

  8. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the cream has the proper consistency
