Ingredients
- A few morels, dry-out is fine
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1-2 Shallots
- A tiny tad of corn starch
- Salt & Pepper
Method

Mince the shallot

Heat up the butter on medium-low heat

Add the shallots, cooked them until tender and transparent

Add the morels

Add Salt & Pepper

Throw in the cornstarch and mix well

Add the cream
-
Cook for about 10 minutes or until the cream has the proper consistency
