A one nigh improvisation which turned out delicious

Ingredients
- 2 lb Mussels
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- 1/4 cup of Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Iron cast pan or grill plate
Method
- Clean the mussels if needed
- Peel, lightly crush the garlic then cut finely
- Cut finely the parsley & cilantro
- Place mussels in a ziplock bag or a plastic container
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste
- Add garlic, cilantro & Parsley
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the mussels, about 2-3 Tbsp
- Shake well and seal the container and refrigerate for about 30-60 mn
- 10 minutes before girll time, pate the iron cast pan or grill plate into your grill and pre-heat the grill
- Once the grill is hot, pour the mussels on top of the grill plate, cook for 5-10 minutes, stir from time to time
