Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Method

  1. Pre-heat ovum at 350°F
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until it gets a foamy creamy color
  3. Add the flour slowly and the baking powder
  4. Add the cream
  5. Butter a pan 
  6. Place the batter in the cake pan
  7. Place in the oven at 350°F for about 30 mn but start check after 20 mn
