Another classic Thai recipe.

Ingredients
- 700 gr of beef
- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 or 2 thai chili
- 3 Tbsp of Thai Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp of sugar
- 1 cup of Chicken broth
- 1 handful of Thai Basil
Method
- Slice the onion, green pepper
- Slice half of garlic and Press (crush) the rest of the garlic
- Cut the hot pepper in large pieces
- Cut the meat thin cut again until you get a coarse minced beef (lazy? just use ground beef)
- Add a Tbsp of oil into the pan, high heat
- Add the onion & green pepper until tender (couple of minutes), then take out
- Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute
- Add the beef and cook until it colors
- Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar
- Add the chicken broth, cook a couple of minutes
- Cut the basil in big pieces, add to the meat and cook for 30 seconds or so until the leaves get all shiny
