An easy way to make small tatin

Ingredients
- 2 Apple
- 40 gr of sugar
- 40 gr of butter
- 1 puff pastry sheet
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F
- Peel the apples
- Remove the core, then cut, first in quarter, then each quarter in 3 or 4 slices
- Cut circles of dough so that will will be just a bit larger than the mold
- In a pan, medium heat, add the butter and sugar
- Let it cook for a few minutes until it caramelize
- Add the apples and cook for 5 minutes or so
- Add the apples to the mold
- Cover is hole with the puff pastry
- Place in oven for about 20-25 mn
