Ingredients
- 200g of Beef Filet Mignon
- 1 Tsp of Olive Oild
- 1 Yolk
- 1 small shallot
- 1 Tsp of ketchup
- 1 Tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tsp of Capers
- A little bit of chive
- A couple of dash of Worcester Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon pressed
- French Fries & Toast
Method

Finely cut the shallot

Finely cut the chive

Finely cut the capers

Add the Ketchup, Mustard, Worcester Sauce

Finely dice (5 mm) the meat

Add the meat to the fixing

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add the olive oil

Add the egg yolk
-
Mix well
-
Add the lemon juice, mix quickly again, then serve immediatly
To serve, I like to place some avocado, mixed with salt & pepper and a dash of lemon juice, at the bottom of a ring mold (I used too much in the picture), then add the meat on top of it, pressing down slightly. French fries on the side, and a little buttered toast.
