Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground turkey (dark meat if possible)
- 1 small red onion (1/3 cup minced)
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Olive Oil
Method

Mince the onion

Cut the jalapeno finely

Mix everything (meat, minced onion, jalapeno, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, paprika)

Wet your hands lightly and shape the patties

Pre-heat a cast iron pan on medium heat

Add some oil in the pan

Cook the burger 2 mn on the first side

Flip the burgers, lower the hear to low-medium-low and cook an additional 5-6 mn
Serve as you would serve any burgers.
An alternative is to prep small meat balls, about 1.5, 2 cm balls and cook then in oil like you would with the Palpites
