Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tbsp of fresh veggies (carrot, radish, yellow or red pepper)
  • Some basil (~10 leaves)
  • 1 tsp of Honey
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cut your carrot, radish and yellow pepper, in small cubes
  2. Peel the cucumber
  3. Take the basil leaves, keep some to decorate
  4. mix/crush your cucumber with the basil, oil, salt & pepper
  5. Pour into the glasses
  6. Add some veggies on top and 1 or 2 leaves of basil
