Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tbsp of fresh veggies (carrot, radish, yellow or red pepper)
- Some basil (~10 leaves)
- 1 tsp of Honey
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Cut your carrot, radish and yellow pepper, in small cubes
- Peel the cucumber
- Take the basil leaves, keep some to decorate
- mix/crush your cucumber with the basil, oil, salt & pepper
- Pour into the glasses
- Add some veggies on top and 1 or 2 leaves of basil
