Preparation for the spring rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups of carrots (julienne)
- 2 cups of daikon radish (julienne)
- 2 cups of white vinegar
- 2 cups of water
- 0.5 cup of sugar
- 1-2 tsp salt
Method
- In a pan, mix sugar, salt, water and white vinegar
- Bring up in temperature (can go hot) to dissolve sugar and salt
- Take of the hear, transfer to a bow and let it cool (important to keep the veggies crunchy)
- In the meantime, julienne the carrots and daikon, 1 or 1.5 mm bands, try to keep it regular
- Once the juice is cool down, place the veggies in a recipient that can close, cover completely with the juice
- Place in the fridge for a night before use
