Got this one from a recipe Naima served in 2017, came from a book, adapted as no one really like capers (in the original recipe) much.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of black olives, pitted
  • 100 g of anchovies (salted)
  • 4 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Fresh black pepper

Method

  1. Mix it all  in the machine until blended

Note: go light on the olive oil.
