Way better than store bought sauce

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of soy sauce
  • 60 ml of cooking sake
  • 60 ml of mirin
  • 1 tbsp of sugar or 20 ml of honey (preferrred)

Method

  1. Place all the sauce ingredients into a pan, over medium heat and bring to a simmer while mixing from time to time until it thicken then remove from the heat

You can use it on Salmon, chicken and likes, usually after applying the sauce you cook it 2-3 more minutes.
